We are American and very proud of that!!! We believe in the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, which includes the belief that all men are created equal!!! No race, gender, religion, or culture is superior.

Unfortunately there are a few metal bands called Battle Cry and none, to date, have registered a trademark (probably too expensive). We have done extensive research on this with the US Patent Office, after another "Battle Cry" tried to tell us we had to stop using the name. Hopefully we will be the first, so we can order cease and desist for all bands using that name.

From our point of view, a name change is not an option until someone has a legal right to force it. We have done our best to engineer our website to come up first on search engines like Yahoo!® and Google™, but some of those still bring these other bands up first. We apologize if you find us when you are looking for another Battle Cry band, but hope that you will explore our site and enjoy our music. Thank you – Battle Cry
